"If I could give a 0 I would. I heard about his agencies a few years from a friend. 1st go round no problems everyone was nice. The reason I left was bc my insurance went up and they couldn’t give me a reason. This past January went back with them bc they were cheapest around. Michelle ran my license and told me I was fine. Month later she called and said I was being dropped for a something that happened 2 years ago and also they didn’t the correct information for the incident. Why you couldn’t see that when you ran my license the first time. I don’t know. The dmv even told me they had the wrong information. I could have saved time and I went somewhere else.
